GD and Bob Merriman

Last night, Wednesday April 14th, was a big night for Team GD Jiu-Jitsu. Gustavo promoted his 6th Black Belt, Bob Merriman, along with 4 new Purple Belts and 5 new Blue Belts. Bob has been a student of Gustavo’s for the past 9 years and is also the BJJ instructor at East West MMA. Also, Paul Nava (Gustavo’s Brown Belt and Head BJJ Instructor at Kajukenbo AZ/Nava BJJ) had his very 1st Belt Promotion, promoting 2 of his students to Blue Belt, one of which being Kelly Corder (Head instructor of Kajukenbo AZ).
