Jae Carver was promoted to her Solid yellow belt this week. Jae had a great competititon year, winning gold at the 2nd Southwest Classic and the 5th AZ International Open, plus a bronze medal at the 2010 AZ State Championship. Good Job Jae!

Led by the Kids instructor, Steve Rosenberg, our Kids Team had a great performance at the 2nd Southwest Classic on October 16th. Team GD Jiu-Jitsu was able to capture 13 medals, and placed 5th overall, very close to the third place. Check out the results:
Our team had a great performance at the 2010 AZ BJJ State Championship, with a total of 10 medals, the team was able to score 42 points and place 5th overall in the Kids Division. The 2nd Arizona Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Kids Cup took place on April 24, 2010 in Mesa at the Westwood High School gymnasium.
